I asked my newsletter
subscribers and facebook followers to help me decide on a name for my first owl
painting.
The resulting name was "Hoot Gibson"
which was partially derived from his resemblance to a guitar neck.
This owl is clearly related with the same colors and patterns.
In keeping with the instrument theme, I thought Banjo was a perfect fit for this
rounder version.
